Terms of sale

These terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods in the online store Tørkestaviver. The terms and conditions are based on the Consumer Purchase Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act and other relevant legislation for consumer purchases in Norway.

2. Order and agreement

The agreement is binding when the order is registered with us. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that the confirmation matches the order.

3. Prices

All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including VAT. Shipping costs are additional and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. The amount will be deducted according to the terms of the selected payment method.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place as described on the Shipping and delivery page .

6. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See Returns and withdrawal for how to proceed.

7. Complaints

In the event of a fault or defect, the complaints rules in the Consumer Purchase Act apply. Report the fault within a reasonable time after you discover it.

8. Privacy

We process personal data as described in the privacy policy .

9. Conflict resolution

Complaints should be addressed to us within a reasonable time. If we do not reach an agreement, you can contact the Danish Consumer Authority or the Danish Consumer Council, or use the European Commission's online complaint portal (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
